Everything GTM — the playbooks, the workflows, and the AI that runs them
The GTM Institute is the bridge between knowing GTM and running GTM. Every framework here comes with a way to run it: the workflow you can follow by hand, and — where it exists — the AI skill that produces the same deliverable.
What this is
Most GTM content stops at the idea. You read a framework, nod, and then face a blank document. The Institute is built the other way around: a topic only earns a place here if it can name the artifact it produces and the way you produce it. Read the reasoning, then run the steps, then keep the output — an ICP doc, a message map, a metrics model — not a summary you have to translate into work.
The library spans seven pillars, from Foundations through product, marketing, sales, success, and revenue operations, to how AI changes each job. Browse it as a library, scan the directory of tools, or start from a single topic and follow the workflow to a finished deliverable.
How we keep it honest
These are not editorial preferences. They are structural rules, and they are the reason this library can be trusted.
- Neutrality is structural. Every skill, tool, and directory item shows who built it. The directory is never pay-to-play, and we don't sell leads to the tools we list. A listing is earned on the merits, not bought.
- Editorial is not a sales channel. Content pages exist to teach a framework and hand you its deliverable — not to route you toward a purchase.
- A statistic without a source doesn't ship. If we can't point to where a number came from, it stays out. No borrowed authority, no round figures invented to sound convincing.
Who it's for
Founders defining go-to-market for the first time. GTM professionals — in marketing, sales, success, and revenue operations — who want a repeatable way to produce the work, not just talk about it. And students learning how the pieces fit before they own them. v1 is free: no accounts, no paywall.
The Institute is written by a community of experts and edited into one house voice. You can read more about the people behind it on the authors page, including Myk Pono.
